General

  • Enrolled college students of all ages are able to participate.

    However, starting in 2024 anyone not enrolled in college and under the age of 18 (as of September 6th, 2024) or over 25 (as of September 6th, 2024) will not be allowed to participate.

    If you’re a volunteer with kids, we will have separate activities for them!

  • It’s there, but it’s spotty. We recommend telling your family and friends that you will have limited service on this trip!

  • There will be limited charging stations - bring your own cord. We also encourage you to bring portable phone chargers.

Pricing

  • Yes, you will still pay the full amount.

  • We’re bummed you can’t make it! Email admin@hopechurchmovement.com to get your refund.

    Please keep in mind that the first $50 is non-refundable, no matter which payment options you chose. If you chose "Pay Later", you will be charged the $50 the day that your registration is cancelled.

  • Unfortunately you can’t. Email admin@hopechurchmovement.com for a refund, but your friend will need to pay and fill out the forms for themself.

  • No, we need each participant to fill out the standard forms so we have their correct medical and emergency contact info.

  • Depends when you requested it! On average, it takes 3-5 business days.

  • Online is the only way we’re accepting payments.

  • The $50 deposit is non-refundable.
